He pruposed that:
1. All matter is made up of atoms that are indivisible and indestructible.
2. Elements that consist of the same atom are the same.
3. Two or more atoms that come together are cmpounds.
4. A chemical reaction is the rearranging of atoms.
5. Elements with different atoms have different weihts and chemical properties.
6. Atoms can not be destroyed or created.
