XBOX
The first console produced by Microsoft was the XBOX, but the inventors who had the idea for the console was Kevin Bachus, Seamus Blackley, Otto Berkes, and Ted Hase. The console was intended to be the first game system built like a PC, bringing all of the flexibility and power of a gaming rig to the console market. -
Arduino
The first Arduino board was to help design students who had no previous experience in electronics or microcontroller programming to create working prototypes connecting the physical world to the digital world. Building upon the work of Hernando Barragán (creator of Wiring), Massimo Banzi and David Cuartielles created Arduino. -
The First iPhone
Steve Jobs revealed the first iPhone to the world. Before the iPhone came out, smartphones were clunky devices half keyboard and half screen. Full websites didn't run on mobile phones, so companies were forced to build weak, mobile versions of their sites. -
Bitcoin
Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin to be an electronic peer-to-peer cash system, but has also attracted crypto-curious investors as a store-of-value currency, comparable to gold.
