    Early Life and Education
    Daniel Dennett was born in Boston, Massachusetts on March 28, 1942. According to the Encyclopedia Brittanica, he went to Harvard University to earn his B. A. in philosophy in 1963. Later in 1965, he earned his Doctorate of Philosophy from Oxford University. He taught himself about A.I., cognitive psychology, and neuroscience.
