First Russian ship reaches the blockade carrying oil so they are allowed to pass. All the other Russian ships carrying missile turned back. JFK offers to remove missile in Turkey for the removal of the missile in Cuba.

Russia was still building the missile base in Cuba, so Kennedy started planning a military attack on Cuba. At 6pm khrushchev sent Kennedy a telegram to lift the blockade for the dismantlement of the missile base.
