The agreement was that Khrushche would stop sending cuba Missile Crisis and the ones that had been gaved to them would be sent to the Soviet Union. The Untied States agreement was that they would not invade cuba. They also agree remove U.S. nuclear-armed missiles from Turkey. That could have been used to attack Soviet Union.
