The Crucible Begins
Around midnight Parris had discovered Betty, his niece Abigail, and Tituba, his black slave, dancing in the woods, He stood there and watched the girls. As Tituba began to mumble stuff out of her mouth some of the girls began to take there clothes off.

Witchcraft Begins
Tituba is accused of witchcraft and she gets whipped. But she gets saved by Rev Hale and becomes a believer of God. Also Mrs and Mr Putnam talk with Parris about Betty flying and other witchcraft. They leave and Betty awakes and starts all type of commotion trying to fly out the window.
I like it not that Mr. Parris should lay his hand upon my baby. I see no light of God in that man. I'll not conceal it. From John Proctor. -
The confession
Betty wakaes in front of a huge gorup of people at her side and tells them who she saw dancing in the woods with the devil. After every hears that John Proctor Comes home to Eleizabeth they aruge about whats happening in Salem. Then Mary arrives home and gets in trouble wih John Proctor about all this stuff that has been happing -
Proctor spills the truth
John proctor arrives at his home and tells his wife Elizabth about his affair with Abigail Williams. They began to argue all night long about it. Proctor told her at first that they were only dancing. -
The Poppet strikes back
Rev Hale arrives with other member of the court to John proctors house and discovers a poppit with a needle in it. Rev Hale believe that the poppet belongs to Elizabth Proctor. But actually Mary Warren made the poppit and stuck the needle in it. -
The truth be told
After Elizabeth Proctor get taken to jail, John Proctor goes into court and confesses his relationship with Abigail Williams. Then once he confesses they brought Elizabeth back into court and tells them that John did not have a relationship with Abigail. Once the court heard that they knew she was a lier and brought her bacl to jail. -
The witches curse
After 91 people have been accused of witchcraft, Abigail and the other girls are taken into the courtroom with John and Elizabeth Proctor there. Mary Warren finally tells who made the poppet and why there was a needle in it. Abigail and the othe girls sense that Mary is cursing them with witchcraft again and they all start seeing the yellow light and start mimicking Mary's every word. -
The end is coming fast
John Proctor and two other woman get sentenced to hang. As they are waiting to be hung they begin to say a prayer. Just as John finishes his prayer the rope get dropped and he is hung. Shortly after that only a few other people were hung and the witch trials stopped. -
Proctors confession to freedom
John Proctor confesses to Thomas Putman, (the judge in Salem), that he never saw anyone with the Devi. After saying what he confessed John Proctors agrees to sign a legal document for the people of the church that he was sentenced to witchcraft. John did this so that he could say his life and not be hung. The judges also hoped that by doing that other people would do the same. -
Proctor takes back his confession
After signing the legal document saying he confesses Proctor takes it back. John did agreed that he did see people with the Devil. But never descricbed names, therefore Proctor get take away by the court and gets sentencd to hang. All he wanted to have was his name because even if he confessed and wanted hung he still wouldn't be welcome. How may I live without my name? I have given you my soul; leave me my name!
