Mrs. Milk is pulled over for speeding. She was going 100 mph in a 50 mph zone. She did not have her seat belt on. She did not have a copy of her drivers license with her either. She was handicuffed and taking to the local police station. -
Bail is set
Mrs, Milkowich has her bail set by the magistrate. It is $10,000 dollars. She doesn't have the money. But Dog the Bounty Hunter gave her a bond so that she did not have to stay in jail. -
Referred to Grand Jury
Mrs. Milk's is not only charged with speeding but since her son was in the car she also faced felony charges as well. The Grand jury indicted her for speeding, careless and reckless driving and endangering the welfare of a child. It is a felony case. -
Mrs, Milk gets a lawyer
Mrs Milk is a poor teacher, She doesn't have enough money to pay for a lawyer. Thanks to Gideon v. Wainwright she gets a public defender since it is a felony case. So, she has a public defender. -
The Plea Bargain
Mrs. Milk's lawyer, Mr. WinsAlot tries to plea her case to the Prosecutor. Mr. WinsAlot thinks he has the prosecutor convinced. But his client, Mrs Milk swears she is innocent and will not agree to plea bargain. -
Mrs Nosy and Mr. Eyesinbackofhead get subpeonas
Mrs. Nosy and Mr. Eyesinbackofhead each recieve a subpeona. They witnessed Mrs, Milk's car being driven by her 10 year old son. They are called to be witnesses in the case. Their supbeonas were delivered to them by Sheriff Followrules. Officer DoGood is also subpeoned since he pulled over Mrs. Milk for the traffic stop. -
Mr. Nosy accused of perjury
Mr. Nosy is charged with purjury or lying when he is called to testify. He was not even at the scene of the crime. He was at work. He just wanted to be in Mrs. Milk's business. -
Mrs Milk is convicted
Mrs Milk is convicted. She says she didn't do it. She cries hysterically in the court room. The judge doesn't care. She vows to appeal her case all the way to the Supreme Court if she has too.
