The Crocodile Shears, 1300 - 1400
These were based around the concept of pincers but instead of the standard design, the end was in the shape of a crocodiles head and when closed formed a long cylindrical tube lined with small sharp iron teeth. After being heated red hot it was clamped down on an erect penis and once tight enough it was ripped from the body, leaving severe bleeding and mutilation. -

This was a punishment used in england and scotland, it was a metal cage that was put over womens head and in addition a curved blade that was attached to the cage was inseerted in the the womans mouth for the duration of the punishment.
