It was violent attacks on courthouses and government properties. It had taxed farmers way more then anyone else, which had causes farmers wanting to rebel. -

This was to replace that unlawful laws and be able to make it equal. The Committee members were Oliver Ellsworth(CT), Nathaniel Gorham(MA), Edmund Randolph(VA), John Rutledge(SC), and James Wilson(PA). -

General Charles Cornwallis had surrendered his army. This had gave america his independence.
