Bataan Death March
The Imperial Japanse Army of 60-80,000 Filipino and American prisoners of war were forced to walk 80 miles after the Battle of Bataan. As a result, about 2,500–10,000 Filipino and 100-650 American prisoners of war died before they could reach their destination, Camp O'Donnell. -

This battle was a naval battle was between the Japanese Navy and Allied naval and air forces from the U.S. and Australia. It was the first battle that aircraft carriers engaged each other. -

This battle was the most important naval battle of the Pacific Campaign of World War II. It happend only six months after the attack of Pearl Harbor. It also was only one month after the Battle of the Coral Sea. The U.S. Navy defeated Japanese Navy and caused much damage to their "fleet." -
