    Gives people the right and freedom to worship whatever religion they choose, and it gives the people the right to assemble. This also makes it unconstitutional for the government to favor a religion over others.

    Gives the states the right to have a well regulated militia, and allows people to bear (carry) and own guns.
  • Quartering Troops

    No soldiers, by law, are allowed to ask to be housed without the consent of the owner. And shall not ask in time of war unless passed by law.

    Authorities may not search or seize any individuals property without a search warrent, or unreasonable doubt that the owner has something illegal.

    No individual has to answer to a crime unless safficiant evidence is presented,and a fair trial takes place.

    The accused has the right to a speedy and public trial in the state they are accused of commiting a crime.

    A trial by jury shall be present when the value of the case exeeds 20$ or more.

    Excessive bail, fines, and punishments shall not be allowed in any court cases unless the crime is worthy

    Slavery and involuntary work or servitude shall not be excepted in the United States in any way. The 13th amendment outlaws slavery and involuntary servitude except if that person commits a crime. This was viewed as a temporary war measure to the south.
