The Plebians were still angry even after being given a tribune. To settle down the Plebians, the Patricians made a set of 12 laws. These laws were designed to be fair for both the upper and lower class. It still favored the patricians though. It didn't settle the unrest; all it did was delay the unrest. Source

The Plebs left Rome. They left Rome because the Decemviri(A group of 10 men with a lot of power who were elected for 1 year) refused to give up their power after the year was up. These men became tyrannical and the plebs called for help but were ignored.
