    Invented by VR Enthusiast, Palmer Luckey, Oculus was widely credited with reviving the Virtual Reality industry. It is the first VR headset to provide a realistic experience at an acceptable price. It was introduced in April, 2012, before being officially released as the Oculus Rift DK1 on March 28, 2013.

    A smartwatch created by Apple Inc, it incorporates fitness tracking, health-oriented capabilities, and wireless telecommunication. Released in April, 2015, it became the best-selling wearable device. Apple design chief Jony Ive was interested in building a watch shortly after Steve Jobs death in October, 2011. That December, The New York times, reported that apple was exploring various ideas, including a 'curved-glass Ipod that would wrap around the wrist'.

    An augmented reality / mixed reality headset developed and manufactured by Microsoft. The HoloLens is the first gen AR device. Augmented reality combines both the real world and computer generated content. This content can span multiple senses. Mixed reality uses the merging of a real-world environment and a computer generated one. Making physical and virtual objects co-exist in a mixed reality environment and interact in real time.

    Created by Samsung, the Galaxy Z series is a range of folding smartphones. There are two different styles, the Flip and Fold. The Samsung Flip is more customizable, folding vertically to for a pocket friendly device similar to old flip phones. The Samsung Fold is much larger and folds horizontally, turning from a regular sized phone to a tablet like screen.
