IPod
The iPod was invented in 2001 by Apple Inc. It was a much smaller and less spacious digital music player than was previously on the market. Over the last 20 years there have been various upgrades to the original design as well as the earbuds that come with the product. Among the upgrades have been touch screen and Bluetooth capacities. -
Blue Ray Player
The blue ray player was invented back in 2003 by Sony. It didn't hit main stream markets and use movies until 2006 however. It was meant to be an upgrade to DVD players and has been the main source of disc players ever since. They still are able to play DVDs to this day. -
Facebook
Facebook was invented by Mark Zuckerburg in 2004 while he was in college at Harvard in order to be social networking among Harvard Students. Since than it has expanded to the majority of the free and developed world and is a multimillion dollar company. It is one of the most popular social networking sites of all time. -
Twitter
In the year 2006 Twitter was invented by Jack Dorsey, Noah Glass, Biz Stone, and Evan Williams while they were students in college. It was a smash hit and is still a premium social networking site to this day. -
Kindle
The kindle was made in 2007 by Amazon to be their flagship electronic book and magazine reading device. Since it's invention it has developed into more of a tablet type device and is still being made and vastly more affordable than the competitors to this day.
