Anthem offers Medicaid contracts to independent providers.
Anthem (as CCHA) offers independent clinicians (not employed at Community MH Centers) contracts, as required by the managed care contract with HCPF. These contracts contain force individual arbitration, gag clauses to prohibit rate discussion, and "we can change your rate at anytime" language. Anthem offers $104 per 55 minute session which was the MPRRAC rate at the time. -
CCHA (Anthem) announces the 20% cut to rates
Janet Pogar and Erica Kloehn from Anthem sent a letter to mental health care providers for Boulder, Golden, and Colorado Springs (RAE 6,7) indicating that our contracted rates would be reduce 20% on Jan 1 2020 -
