    The USSR made a blacaked at any entry point into west germany causing the allies to not be able to deliver supplies into west Germany. The allies air dropped supplies into west Germany. I think this is the most important because this started the whole thing.

  • Korean War

    Communist North Korea invaded South Korea to make one united Korea. The USA fought with South Korea to spread democracy and the USSR fought with North Korea to spread communism.I think this is the 3rd most important because this was a very tens point between both sides.

  • Space Race

    This was a race between the USA and the USSR for superior space flight capability.I think this is the 9th.

  • Vietnam War

    North Vietnam invaded South Vietnam to make one whole Vietnam. The north being commies had the support of the USSR while south had the USA. I think this is the 4th important because it was another bloody war.

    This was a battle between the Egyptians and the British and France. The Egyptians wanted control of the canal and fought for it. I think this is the 2nd most important because it caused a lot of inflation around the world.

    The USSR shot down a USA spy jet witch was taking pictures of the USSR. I think this is the 10th.

    The USA had put nukes near the USSR so in retaliation they put nukes in Cuba.I think this is the 8th.

    This was a coalition of Arab states that attacked Israel that was lead by Egypt and Syria. I think this is the 11th most important because it didn't really involve the USA or the USSR.

    The USSR invaded Afghanistan in hopes to make it communist and for Oil. Afghanistan was backed by the USA. I think this is the 5th most important because it was another war against the USA and USSR.

    A Korean Air lines flight from New York to Alaska was shot down by a soviet sukhoi su-15 because they claimed it was a threat. I think this is the 6th because it had the unnecessary death of civilians in it.

    This was a NATO exercise that would mimic what they would do if a nuclear war ever broke out. This was done near soviet territory and they took it as a real attack. I think this is the 7th.
