Saddam Hussein was accused of creating and stockpiling nuclear weapons. The UN insisted he get rid of the weapons and stop oppressing the people in Iraq. He refused, and the U.S. and Great Britain geared up. It ended with the Obama administration, and U.S. troops were withdrawn from Iraq, while responsibility was put on the Iraqi government and military.
