What effect it had on Cold war: Because of the Liberalization the Dubcek introduced it made the soviets angry and the Warsaw pact invaded Czechoslovakia to stop the reforms.
What effect it had on Liberalism: Dubcek tried to introduce to give additional rights for the citizens, but the soviets' unions didn't like those thing & with that they took away their liberalism. -
