    On August 26, 2016, CNCO released their first studio album entitled "Primera Cita", It was produced by the singer Wisi and, it has fourteen songs including two collaborations.

    CNCO's most watched video on YouTube is "Reggaetón Lento", which exceeds 1,431,336,764 views.

    In January 2017, the CNCO boys announced their first world tour named "Mas Alla Tour" in which they visit 23 countries.

    In its barely three years career, CNCO was nominated for several categories in different awards such as " Premios Juvetud", "Latin American Music Awards" and "Premios Lo Nuestro".

    They perform their song "Pretend" at the 2019 Billboard Latin Music Awards and win three of these awards.

    On May 9, 2021, they announced that a member was leaving, because he wanted to continue his solo career.
