Abraham Lincoln is impeached by Congress and removed from office. He is tried and found guilty of murder. Lincoln is sentenced to life in prison and dies there. -
Abolishment of Slavery
Slavery is abolished in the Confederate States of America. Slavery collapses by itself. The freed slaves become sharecroppers. -
States Secede from Union
The CSA borders the USA on the south and west. Maryland, Oregon, and California secede from the Union and join the CSA in 1863. The CSA expands to 28 states and the USA stops at 18 states. -
Capitol of CSA
Richmond, Virginia is made the capitol of the Confederate States of America. Territories seek statehood. -
Presidential Elections
President Jefferson Davis’s term ends. John C. Calhoun is elected president of the CSA next in 1866. General Ulysses S. Grant is elected president of the USA. -

WWII
The CSA and the USA fight the second world war together. The Allied forces win. -
The USA and CSA are unified
After fighting two world wars together, the United States of America and the Confederate States of America are unified in 1951. The United States of America becomes a world power.
