    Andrew Jackson had passed the Indian removal act and that had forced Native Tribes to leave their lands

    A war fought by the North and the South because the North wanted to get rid of slaves while the South wanted to keep them.

    A treaties that the Tribes had sign to get rid of slaves and make them apart of the tribe. The Native Tribes did this but had made the slaves leave and make their own tribe with their own land.

    The gov had opened the free lands and aloud people to race to get land for themselves.
