    She refused to give up seat to a white male

    An act that forbids discrimination based on your race, religion, color.

    A court case to be done unanimously by the U.S to speed up the process of racial integration in public schools
  • Proposition 209- Cailfornia

    A amendment that stated that states couldn't discriminate or superior others based on there race, sex, color, ethnicity, or nation origin
