  • Brown v. Board

    The term 'Seperate but equal' was ruled as unconstitutional and against the equal protection clause. Schools were segregated on that clause, and the results of that were black kids having low self esteem and being behind in their education compared to the white kids.

    Slave Dred Scott's master died, he at the time lived in an area where slavery was illegal. Supreme court ruled in the master's wife's favor, becuase Scott was a slave and slaves were considered property
