    Took effect in Charlotte, Greensboro, and Winston Salem. the methods they he used was avoiding potential violence. As a result, integretion increased.

    This event took place in Central High School, Little Rock, Arkansas. President Eisenhower, Govenor Faubous, and the Little Rock 9 were involved with this event. The event was to enforce Brown v. Board of Education. As a result, Central High School was integrated
  • Greensboro Sit-Ins

    4 college students sat down past the invisible lunch counter diving line. What they were doing was "civil disobedeince. As a result, the lunch counter changed its policies.
  • King Assassination

    King Assassination
    On April 4th, 1968, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated by James Earl Ray. Ray shot King in Memphis, Tennessee. As a result of this horrible crime, King is dead.

    9 african americans and 1 white female bombed a white owned grocery store.
