    Eugene died before he could take office in January 1947.Three men all claiming to be governor.Herman thought he was governor because he was the son to Eugene. Melvin thought he was governor because he was lieutneant governor. And Ellis though he was governor because that was his current position.Supreme court a year later declared Herman governor. I think that last person who should have won was Herman he was the son he didn't obtain a position plus he wasnt voted for
    the governor of Georgia.
