    I am taking a chocolate science elective this semester. In said class we also get the chance to make chocolate. This is the step-by-step: If you are making milk chocolate, this is a beginner recipe you want to start with:
    - 1 3/4 cups cocoa powder
    - 3/4 cups butter
    - 3/4 cups sugar
    - 2/3 cups water
    - 1 cup water

    You want to turn off the heat by now, and add sugar. Mix it well.

    Next, add the mix to the water and stir.

    Once you have all of the ingredients, put the water in the pot, and keep it below boiling. Combine the cocoa powder with the butter (softened) and mix it together. It will form a smooth paste afterwards.
