Tea
Chinese people have been drinking Tea since 2700 B.C. They use the tea for medical reasons. Now they grow the tea by cutting leaves from trees. This is the cycle of farming tea leaves. -

Gunpowder
They made gunpowder out of natural materials. The first weapon they made was a flamethrower which used gunpowder. Then they made shells, then small bomb and grenades. -

Porcelain
Porcelain is made out of quartz and feldspar. Then they put it inside of a kilm. After this is done it comes out as hard,white, and waterproof. But light can pass though the porcelain. By 950 they improved it by painting over it. -

Preventing diseases
The Chinese had 2 ways of preventing diseases by either set fire to a poisonous toxin which they thought would prevent it. And the monks recommend to steam their clothes and helped them. -

Transportation
They made a compass out of lodestone which would help them tell what direction they are going to. They later improved the boats by using stronger material. -

Wood block Printing
Woodblock printing is a long and difficult process. The first step is to draw symbols. Then glue paper to the wood block. After the glue is dry the characters are into the wood. To print for the block you have to put ink into the block, then spread the paper over the block. -

Mechanical clock
The Chinese made a mechanical clock that is accurate and spins around 24 hours for a complete turn. Water droplets make the wheel turn by each quarter of an hour drums beat. And at every hour the clock hits a bell would chime. -

Game cards
By using woodblock printing artist drew designs on cards. By the late 1300 eruptions were introduced to playing cards. -

By the 9th century people made money out of wood block printing. By 1107 song printers made the paper money. As of today their are many colors of paper money. -

Rocket technology
Rockets were first made and powdered by black powder made out of saltpeter, and sulfur and etc. They were mainly used for fireworks for celebrations or events like Chinese new year. Later they used them as weapons and developed a 2 stage rocket.
