"Bathhouse" John Coughlin and "Hinky Dink" Kenna ran the red-light district in Chicago which was located on the cities near south side. This area consisted of saloons, whorehouses and gambling halls. -

Lombardo was charged with bribery and extortion and was sentenced to 14 years in prison. -
