University of Georgia
The legislatures consent of the proposal on Jan. 27, 1785 made the university the first established by a the states government. The university was actually founded when a member of the board of trustees chose a land site. Abraham Baldwin became the president of the university -
Eli Whitney and the Cotton Gin

This battle started in late September where Braxton Braggs Army of Tennessee conquered a Union team instructed by General William Rosecrans. This was a counterattack from earlier that month when the Union rid the Confederates from Chattanooga. -

On September Lincoln provided a initial warning that he would commence the freedom of Slaves that didnt end the revolt towards the Union. This was only relevant to states in rebellion. -

This amendment stated that any person born or naturalized in the United States can continue residing where they are. No state can disobey this amendment. -
Fifteenth Amendment
This amendment claims that any US citizen can vote no matter what race or skin color. Due to blacks not getting equal rights.
