    The Treaty of Versailles
    Germany agreed to the War Guilt, therefore Germany had to pay $30 billion in war damages, the map of Europe had to be redrawn, the territory was taken away from Germany, and the army and navy were restricted. Germany was blamed of starting the war. Germany was also not allowed to form a treaty with Austria. In conclusion, Germany was not happy with the treaty.

    Nazi's took control of the government, while Hitler moved his power a purge to the party. Eliminated who could threaten his position as leader. He promised Germany to improve the economy. Hitler became Chancellor of Germany in January 1933. He secretly build Germany's army and weapons.

    Germany had to pay $30 million in war damages. This problem made Germany de-valued. This event happed because they printed too much money which caused it to lose more money. Germany's Economy was a mess whrn Hitler was elected Chancellor.

    Appeasement made Hitler think no one could stop him. It encouraged him to go further and further, but until the end he went too far. Hitler sent the German troops to Rhineland to go against the Trearty of Versailies. Britain and France could easily stop Hitler when Germany was still weak. Traumatized pacifist desired to avoid violence just to help Hitler rebuild Germany's military. It kept Hitler to invade countries because he knew Britain and France would not stop him.

    Nazi-Soviet Pact
    Nazi-Soviet Pact was signed between Germany and Soviet Union. Hitler's plan was to invade Poland was successful. Realizing that to invade Poland might cause Britain to attack. Hitler was concerned to avoid a Russian attack. Therefore, to avoid a war on two fonts, Hitler arranged the Nazi-Soviet Pact. It gained the chance to invade Poland with a war on one front, if Britain supported Poland.
