Starting High School
Charlie has his first day of freshman year. He doesn't quite like it at first because it is cliquey and some of his old friends don't talk to him anymore. He meets Sam and Patrick and develops a friendship with them. -
Charlie goes to a party
Charlie goes out to a party for the first time in a while with Sam and Patrick. He confesses to Sam that he likes her. Charlie accidentally eats a weed brownie, gets high, wants a milkshake, and stumbles across Patrick kissing Brad. After the party, Sam, Patrick, and Charlie drive off and scream inside a tunnel -
Getting closer to the holidays
Patrick and Brad seem to hook up often, but Brad will always say that he was too drunk to remember. Charlie still thinks of Sam. Charlies mother misses her son, Charlies brother and tries to get him for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately he cant because he is apparently behind in work. Charlie starts to prepare his Secret Santa gift for Patrick, which is a mixtape. -
Kissing Sam
Charlies last Secret Santa gift was a typewriter that was held in Sam's room. In her room, Charlie says "I love you" to Sam and they kiss. -
Charlie plays Rocky
Craig doesn't show up to play Rocky, so Charlie was asked to play it for the night. He had lots of fun wearing a feather boa and touching Sam. After the show, everyone went to a restaurant and that is where Mary Elizabeth asked Charlie to a dance.
