Charles darwin wrote the book the voyage of the beagle published in 1839. The beagle was orignally planned to last 2 years. But darwin spent most of his voyaging for 3 years and 3 months on land and 18 months at sea.Being on land for 3 years and 3 months Charles darwin made many observations about wildlife and how they adapted to their enviroment. Coming back to the mainland Charles farwin had 23 chapters to his book. He also wrote other genres of the book along with other observations
