    Wu Chun-Mei invited Adeline to her birthday party which caused Adeline to be fretting about. She wanted to go badly but knew that Niang would definitely object and might even give Adeline a bad tongue lashing

    Adeline was elected for Class President and her friends followed her home to give a surprise celebration. However, it backfired and caused Adeline to be scolded and slapped by Niang.

    Adeline left Hong Kong and was sent to London by her father to improve her potential in writing after she won a prize for the play-writing competition
