The colonists threw snowballs with pebbles in the middle. A soldier shot so others shot and a few got hit and a couple died. -
The Tea Act
Reduced the amount of tea. Colonists protested these taxes with boycotts and resistance. 'No taxation without representation!' Colonists felt they had no say in British government policies. Representation became a central issue. -
Boston Tea Party
They threw the Tea overboard. Tensions between British troops and colonists increased.
