For disco dances, the Hustle was made in the 1970's. It is similar to the discofox. -
The Robot (and more)
In 1973 Jackson 5 did a dance called the Robot on TV. Around the same time B-boying, Locking, and Popping were all becoming bigger. -
Timewarp
Rocky Horror Picture Show's Time Warp was pretty much just there to make fun of other dance along choreography's. -
YMCA
The Young Men's Christian Association was by disco group Village People. -
2007 (Crank That)
In 2007, Soulja Boy released the music video "Crank That". The video involves him and background dancers doing the choreography to his song, which ended up being a big trend. -
Gangnam Style (강남 스타일)
The Gangnam style is a song created by Korea's Psy (Park Jaesang). The music video includes and interesting choreography that became big all over the globe. -
The Whip
The whip was created by Silento in 2015. -
The Dab
Dabbing was created in 2016. You drop your head down into the crook of your elbow, while its slanted. your other arm runs parallel in the air straight out. -
The more modern
From "Crank That" to the dab, dance has evolved plenty during the 2000's. Now there's dances like the Floss, and the Shoot. Kpop choreography's also include these trends and others.
