The battle of the Atlantic was a sea battle that lasted over the coarse of WW2 and was between the allies and German forces. the allies were trying to transport goods to the front lines to help the war efforts but German U-boats were making it difficult for them. before the Americans joined the war it was mostly British colonies trying to survive the water. that included Canada. -
