Lester B Pearson earned nobel after bringing Canada to middle power and stopped the pulles out before the war.

    Orginization created by the U.S and Canada which provides aerospace warning, air sovereignty, and defense for the two countries. The dew line did a different task by placing military vessels around cuba to block of the country as a threat to disarm their missiles.
