Pyrrhic Victory
"Pyrric Victory" is the first campaign mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops II, and the first set in the 1980's. In this mission, Alex Mason is called out of retirement by Jason Hudson to rescue their old friend, Frank Woods, who has been captured by Raul Menendez in Angola during that country's brutal civil war. -
Old Wounds
"Old Wounds" is the third campaign mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops II, and the second 1980's mission. The player takes control of Alex Mason, who helps fend off a Russian attack on a Mujahideen compound in Afghanistan. -
Time And Fate
"Time And Fate" is the fourth mission in the Call of Duty: Black Ops II single-player campaign and the third 1980's mission. In this mission, the player controls Alex Mason as he joins Hudson and the Panamanian Defence Forces in a raid of Menendez's mansion. In the earlier part of the mission, the player also controls Raul Menendez at the time of the raid and as he attempts to save his sister, Josefina. -
Suffer With Me
"Suffer With Me" is the seventh mission in the Call of Duty: Black Ops II campaign, where Frank Woods and Alex Mason are tasked to capture Manuel Noreiega and destroy his reputation in order to get closer to capturing Raul Menendez. It is the fourth and final mission set in the 1980's.
This is arguably a major if not the most key level of the game as it sees the destiny of Alex Mson which the player decides, the demise of Jason Hudson and the main event of the game for the player. -
Celerium
"Celerium" is the second campaign mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops II where JSOC investigates a military compound filled with Cordis Die agents in the hopes of learning what Raul Menendez is planning. It is the first mission set in the year 2025. -
Strikeforce Tutorial
"Strikeforce Tutorial" is the optional training mission of the Strikeforce part of the campaign. This mission is available after completing "Old Wounds". The mission's purpose is to teach the player the basics of Strikeforce and its abilities. -
FOB Spectre
"FOB Spectre" (Forward Operating Base) is the first Strikeforce mission in the Call of Duty: Black Ops II campaign. This mission is made available after completing "Old Wounds", and it is mandatory for the player to complete this mission before proceeding on with the single-player campaign. -
Fallen Angel
"Fallen Angel" is the fifth mission in the Call of Duty: Black Ops II single-player campaign. It involves the player taking control of David Mason as he attempts to infiltrate Anthem, one of Raul Menendez's strongholds, to gather any intel he can on Raul Menendez by tapping in on his conversations. -
Shipwreck
"Shipwreck" is the second Strikeforce mission in the Call of Duty: Black Ops II single-player campaign. -
I.E.D.
"I.E.D." (Improvised Explosive Device) is the third Strikeforce mission in the Call of Duty: Black Ops II campaign. It involves defending the Afghan President from the SDC invasion. -
Karma
"Karma" is the sixth mission in the Call of Duty: Black Ops II single-player campaign. The player takes control of David Mason as he, along with Harper and Salazar infiltrate Colossus, a high-end exotic island getaway, to find out about 'Karma' and its connection to Menendez's plans. -
Second Chance
"Second Chance" is the fourth Strikeforce mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops II. This mission is only available should the player fail to save Chloe Lynch during the events of "Karma", and is only available before the player starts "Suffer With Me". -
Dispatch
"Dispatch" is the fifth and final Strikeforce mission in the Call of Duty: Black Ops II campaign. It becomes available after completing 4 Strikeforce missions and "Suffer With Me". The mission involves killing Tian Zhao before the SDC can invade Russia. -
Achilles' Veil
"Achilles' Veil" is the eighth campaign mission in the Call of Duty: Black Ops II single player campaign. It involves Farid infiltrating as a Cordis Die agent and gaining Menendez's trust in order to get a chance to capture him along with support from the JSOC. -
Odysseus
"Odysseus" is the ninth mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops II that takes place on the U.S.S. Barrack Obama. After capturing Raul Menendez the ship comes under attack. -
Cordis Die
"Cordis Die" is the tenth and penultimate mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops II. The mission criteria consists of the player controlling primary protagonist, David Mason as he escorts the president through a war-torn downtown Los Angeles by using SAM Turrets, Dragonfires and FA38s to his advantage. -
Judgement Day
"Judgement Day" is the eleventh and final campaign mission for Call of Duty: Black Ops II. This mission has players, as David Mason, leading soldiers from countries across the world in a massive assault on a Haitian Facility where they believe the US drone fleet is being controlled from.
