Early life
Britney Jean Spears was born on December 2, 1981. She grew up in Kentwood, Louisiana. Spears had a passion for singing and dancing ever since she was 2 years old and was soon competing in talent shows. At the age of 8, she was already auditioning for Disney's television show The All-New Mickey Mouse Club but was sadly too young for the program. Later on, she found an agent in New York City and later appeared in the Ruthless, an Off-Broadway play. -
First hit
On January 12th, 1999 Britney spears published her first hit "Baby One More Time". The song completely changed the music industry and still is changed to this day. This song is basically what made her a music star and named her "The Queen of America". After that one song, her whole life flipped around and paparazzi began following her everywhere. and that's where the fun starts to end. -
Britney spears and Kevin Ferderline
They met in 2004, and after only three months of dating, they announced their engagement. The duo got married in September 2004 in Studio City, California. And after 2 years of marriage, Britney filed for divorce in November 2006. ... Kevin was given 70 percent custody of both children. And that's when Britney's breakdown began. -
The conservatorship
Britney began acting erratically after her divorce from Kevin Federline was finalized in 2007, and she lost custody of their two children. Concerns about her mental health were raised after she shaved her head and slammed an umbrella into a photographer's car in a series of public outbursts. In 2008, she was hospitalized twice under a temporary psychiatric assessment order. And around that time a conservatorship was placed temporarily but was later made permanent. -

Adnan and Britney met after he was hired as a paparazzi photographer to photograph her on a regular basis.
After that, he assisted her in filling up her car at a gas station, and they started dating soon after Britney's divorce from Kevin Federline.
Although the couple only dated for about a year in 2008, they appeared to be inseparable during that time. LAter on the family filed a divorce against him to "keep Britney safe" -
Britney and Jason
Britney started dating her manager, Jason Trawick, in 2009, and the two have been together since. The couple's relationship was established in 2010, and they got engaged in December 2011. Jason even became Britney's co-conservator and gained legal power over her. Meaning Jason allowed her to have more rights than she had before with her conservator Jamie Spears. But later in 2013, the couple sadly announced their breakup, and Jason was removed as a conservator. -
Britneys big tour
Britney was forced to do a tour in Los Angeles in 2018. The 'Toxic' singer stated she didn't want to do it during the hearing on Wednesday. Her manager said they would sue Her if she didn't follow through with the tour. He handed her a sheet of paper as she got off the stage in Vegas and said she had to sign it. It was very ''threatening and scary''. And with the conservatorship, she couldn’t even get her own attorney. So out of fear she did that tour. -
End of conservatorship
A judge ruled on November 12, 2021, to remove the conservatorship that Ms. Spears said had long traumatized and abused her, nearly 14 years after a Los Angeles court found the pop sensation Britney Spears incapable to care for herself, depriving her of power in practically every area of her life. This removal of the conservatorship gave her control over her health, estate, and finance for the first time in more than 13 years. She now feels free and safe.
