    King George the third, set an Act to collect more taxes called the Sugar Act. The act was also to stop the smuggling of sugar and malaise.
  • Quartering Act

    Quartering Act
    King George the third of Britain created the Quartering Act to retain control of the colonists my putting more shoulders in the colines. The quartering act says that British soldier can say in the colonist's house for protection purposes. This upset a lot of colonists because they get there privacy taken away.
  • The Stamp Act

    When the colonists were able to get rid of the sugar act, parliament decided to make the Stamp Act. The justification for the tax was that citizens in Britain already had to pay a tax like it so the parliament thought it was fair to tax the coldest. The Act said that any paper documents have to have stamp and stamps cost money.
  • The Townshend Act

    The Townshend Act
    Charles Townshend made the Townshend act to control what colonists cans say about Great Britain and it was to stop smuggling into the colonies. This act also gave soldiers more power. The act says anyone with government power can enter your property at their will for the safety and legal purposes.
  • The Tea Act

    The Tea Act
    The British Parliament created the Tea Act to aid the East India company from Financial instability. The Act says that The only place that you can get tea from licensed tea distributors. The East India Company was the only one that was a license so They had a monopoly and the only place that the colonists can get from was them.
  • Boston Port Act

    Boston Port Act
    The Boston Port Act was passed because colonists dumped 90 tons of British tea in the Boston Harbor. The Act Boston cant Habor or load ships in its ports. This would make a lot of colonists aggravated because Boston was a busy harbor. King Gorge The Third was involved on making the Act.

    The Administration Of Justice Act
    The Act was passed because King George the Third thought Britain was losing control of her 13 Colines. The act said that colonists cant's hold private gathering without the presence of Govner or a Lieutenant Governor.
  • The Quebec Act

    The Quebec Act
    The Act gave former French citizens now British citizens the more land so Britan can tax them and get more revenue. The Act says that New Foundland is now territory and Quebec will attain more land. The Act took some land form the 13 colines and that upset the colonists. The act affected the colonists and new citizens of the crown.
