About a few weeks after the wedding, Bella is suppoed so be changed into a vampire. But her friend Jacob doesn't like the idea. He surely loves Bella and cares for her. -

Continuing on with their wedding, Bella and Edward are getting ready to go on their honeymoon, Edward surprised Bella by taking her to an island near Rio, Brazil called Isle Esme. Isle Esme is an island that Edward's adopted father bought for his wife, Esme. Bella and Edward do a lot of activites on the trip until things start to get unusual. -

Throughout the trip, Bella starts to notice some odd things happening with her; she starts having food cravings, different moods, and morning sickness. Bella digs deeper and thought only one thing; she was pregnant. But since Edward is a vampire, the baby in Bella is half vampire/ half human so it's growing everyday inside of Bella. Edward then takes Bella back home to the Cullen's. The book then started at Jacob (the wolf's) point of view. -

He then soon finds out from his pack that they must kill Bella's baby before it is born meaning they have to kill Bella and maybe even a few of the Cullens who stand in their way. When Jacob leaves the pack, he decides to go talk to Cullens and finds out Bella has been at their home for 2 weeks. When he sees Bella, he sees that she looks terrible. Already in 2 weeks the baby has grown so much that it will be ready to come out in days, The baby is also killing Bella slowly by drinking her blood and felsh casuing Bella to look like skin and bone with no color. Bella is dying because of the baby so everyone's trying to figure out what to do. -

During this part of the book, Jacob starts to go to the Cullen's house more often to see and visit Bella. Also soon after Jacob leaves the pack, he is on his own until Seth and Leah come to join him in watching and helping the Cullens. Though Jacob doesn't like them joining him, they stay anyways. Carlisle later on explains to Jacob that. Bella isn't going to hold on long. -

During this part of the book, the watch still continues on. Jacob and the two other wolves are still protecting Bella. Soon. Jake, Seth, and Leah having meeting with Sam's pack and they try to talk Jake into coming back to Sam's pack. Meanwhile, Alice Cullen (the vampire who has visions of the future) finds out that the baby in Bella is blocking Alice from having visions of Bella's future so she can't find out how the birth of the baby will go. -

During all of this part in the book, Bella soon has an accident and breaks her back causing her to go into labor and have the baby. Edward, Jake, and Rosalie are trying to help this process. But the birth didn't work out; the baby named Renesmee has been born and Bella has died. To try and fix it, Edward injected his vampire venom into Bella to save her life. The next day, Bella is vampire and is back to life, She soon starts to get used to her new life. -

In her new norn stage, she finds out her power of being a 'shield'. Ever since Renesmee was born, she has been growing everyday. Jacob also imprints on Renesmee meaning he has fallen in love with her and Bella isn't happy about it, -

During this part of the book, Bella has a problem. Charlie (her father) wanted to come and visit her since he hadn't seen her in a long time. Bella is very nervous about it since she can't tell Charlie what she is yet. She disguises herself again to look more like her old human self. A few days later, Alice has a vision seeing that the Volturi are coming for Renesmee. Alice and Jasper soon have to leave to look for more answers on this big problem. -

The book starts to become a little more intense. When Alice leaves, Bella finds a note from her in a book and on a page. It explains when the Volturi is coming for Renesmee. The Cullens realize that them and the wolves aren't enough to fight off the Volturi so they start looking and calling more people they know and asking them for help. The Cullens and more vampires are getting ready for a big war against the Volturi. -

Based on all this madness, Bella decides to travel to Italy to see what is going on exactly with the Volturi. The Cullens are still looking for more people to help them with this fight. Even the wolves are in on the fight to help protect Renesmee and their land. Meanwhile, Bella must also be prepared to tell her father, Charlie, about her big change. -
