9/11
On september 11th 2001, 19 al-Qaeda members took 4 passenger airplanes. They flew two of them into the world trade center in New york. They also crashed one in the pentegon and attempted to crash one into the United states building in Washington DC. Almost 3000 people died including all 227 pasengers and 19 al-Qaeda terrorists. -

Haiti Earthquake
O tuesday January 12th 2010, a 7.0 earthquake hit Haiti. An estimated 316 000 people were killed, 300 000 injured and 1 000 000 homeless. By the 24th of January a reported 52 aftershocks were recorded affecting about 3 million people. -

Moving away from Kugluktuk was important to me because, I really didn't like it up there. It to cold and i just didn't feel right living up there. -

On the 11th March 2011, a 9.0 magnatude earthquake went off on the coast of TohukoJapan. It was the most powerful earthquake that ever hit Japan and one of the 5 most powerful earthquakes to be recorded. -
Turning 13
Turning 13 was important to me because, I feel like i got more responsibilities and like i grew up a little more.
