Time period
I had my braces for about 2 years. -
The effects of braces
Braces. Was a very effective decision. It changed my appearance in a good way. When it came to decision making I used reasoning and it was a collaborative decision. I had to get my mom to agree, because she would be the one paying for them. Having braces were short term, but the results are long term. “Maintaining self-esteem also may cause decision makers to attribute good outcomes” (Page 12) -

New morning routine
A year ago, I started back eating breakfast. -
Breakfast
To start back eating breakfast in the morning. It has boosted my energy in the morning. When I decided to do this, I didn't put much thought into it..I just felt like I should. This was an individual decision. This was a quick but long term decision, because this directly effects my over all health. “One can also consider whether a decision had the desired effect.” (Page 11) -
Compare and contrast
Both decision came out with happy out comes for me, but braces were a reasoned decision. While to start back eating breakfast was an intuitive decision. “Insight can be obtained by looking at the impact the decision had on you, your future” (Page 10-11) -
The Outcome
I believe I was right in both decision, because they both improved my health mental (my appearance) and physical (energy boost). “After a decision has been made and implemented it is important to assess both the outcome of the decision ” (page 10)
