Mr. Lunt moves from Winthrop, MA to Windham, ME after his parents apartment is broken into twice in one week. Baby Mr. Lunt crushed the intruders' hands, shattering finger bones with a calm smile on his face, when they tried to take his favorite bear, Mr. Brown. -

Mr. Lunt is able to walk and run around and does so frequently. -
Mr. Lunt moves to Portland
Mr. Lunt's family moves to Portland where he will attend school from kindergarten to middle school. -
Mr. Lunt hops a train near his house.
Mr. Lunt has a memory in his mind of running along side a train, hopping on, and jumping off one town later. This was when he was 8 or 9. The details on this are so fuzzy and incomplete that Mr. Lunt now wonders if this ever happened, or if he just told the story so many times it became the truth in his mind. -
Mr. Lunt moves to Cape Elizabeth from Portland
Mr. Lunt's family moves to a soccer town without a football team, and he is sure that his parents are just trying to keep him from playing football. -

Mr. Lunt has almost no friends
As a new student from Portland, Mr. Lunt is picked on, gets into some fights, and is soon labeled a bully. He has trouble finding students who will work with him on projects and neighborhood kids call him Dumbo because of his big ears. -

Mr. Lunt is in high school
In high school, Mr. Lunt finds he is good at running, acting, and making people laugh. He plays trumpet in the jazz band and sings in the chorus, and makes friends that are athletic and funny and has a pretty good time when school doesn't get in the way. -
Mr. Lunt graduates from Cape Elizabeth high school
Mr. Lunt simultaneously feels satisfied with his time, over it, and ready to move on to bigger and better things. -
Mr. Lunt moves to Colorado
Mr. Lunt moves to attend school at University of Colorado, Boulder and almost falls to his death trying to climb a 60 foot cliff without ropes.
