Overhard Mr. Bruce tell Geena that she was crazy to let Epps have access to the bank accounts. He also heard Bruce tell Geena about Epps prison record for bigamy. Geena said she knew about his record and that it was an accident. Geena "You are not Easy's friend and youu are not a friend of mine, I think you should look for another job" Bruce "You have no idea how big a mistake you are making. -- that was the end of their conversation. -
Fran overheard Epps and Geena arguing
Fran overheard Epps and Geena arguing. Geena was saying the marriage was over. She had heard Geena say things like this to her father before. Epps told Geena, "You dont think you can just kick me out. I know too much about you" Geena then said "Well, if I go, do you think I'll give you some kind of free pass? I'd think twice if I were you. You dont even know how to deal with me. You are just a dumb kid" He said "I know exactly how to deal with you. I knew how to deal with you before I ever met u -
Bruce told Geena he had seen Epps at Dock
Bruce told Fran he had seen Epps taking a black plastic bag down to the boat dock around 2a.m on the 21st and taking one of the boats out for about an hour. -
Bruce last saw Geena
He had a talk with her about Epps, she became very upset. He had overheard Geena and Epps talking about divorcing. Epps said "It isn't going to happen" Geena said "It's over" He told her about the prison record, she said she knew about it. When he said that Epps had married her for the money, she got upset. -
Bruce overheard fighting between Epps and Geena
She said "you cashed a 10k check on the Marshall State Bank Account and thats off limits. Im taking your name off the account." Bruce then told Geena about Epps prison record. -
Witwer last saw Geena
Witwer came over to Geena's home to discuss a cetering bill at approx 5pm, later states 4:#0. She seemed happy and she said she had come to a crossroads, and had decided to put the past behind her and to start anew. Stated she had met a mystic, a spiritual leader, and was going to change, evolve, and move onto another plane. -
Fran Returning the night of 21st at midnight
Fran was driving North on Keniworth when she saw Epps on the loading dock of the sausafe boutique. Saw Epps wearing his green windbreaker. He had a couple of large black garbage bags. He was at the back door. The night crew generally comes in to clean at 6pm, usually done by 11 or 12. If they left a garbage bag out, one of them would go throw it out. But Epps was bringing a heavy bag into the back door, not taking it out. -- there were very sharp knives and hachets in that back room. -

Bruce Saw Car Leaving Driveway
8am Stated he only saw one person in the car, the driver. No one else was in the car when it pulled out of the driveway. -
Bruce saw car return
2:45p.m Bruce saw the car return @ 2:45. Epps was driving it alone and he had groceries, which the car was never used for groceries. *Stated he told Epps that Geena should be back by now (2:30) -
Bruce and Epps @ Airport
Checked the Flight Line restaurant at 3:30. The employees/people there stated they had not seen her there. -

Epps and Geena Left House
According to Epps, he and Geena left the house at approx 8:15am. -
Epps Return to House at 2:15
Epps stated he returned to the house at 2:!5pm after he had done some errands (had breakfast in town, went grocery shopping, picked up dry cleaning, and went to the bank. -
Epps found "Geena's Note"
Found the note when he returned home from the Airport with Bruce -
Geena and Epps woke up @ 7:30
Geena took a quick shower, got dressed, and Epps got the car. -
Witwer Returned to the house to get paid
Witwer returned to Geena's per her instructions, that at 11am she would pay him. She was not there. -
Fran saw the car leaving the driveway
Saw the car leave the driveway around 8-8:30. Saw Epps driving. Thought Epps was alone but it was early and she is not 100% on what she saw. After she saw the car leave, she went into their bedroom to see if Geena was home, she was not htere. The bed looked like it was slept on, not slept in. Geenas passport was on the dresser. -
Fran woke up a 3am -- heard Epps
Fran woke up at 3am and heard Epps walking around the house. He was in and out of the room, in the hallway, and up and down the steps. This went on till 3:30. -
Bruce saw the car leaving
At approx 8:15am, Bruce saw the car leaving. Believes Epps was driving alone. -
Bruce saw Epps at the boathouse @ 2am
Saw Epps down at the boathouse at approx 2am. He had his green jacket on. He was taking a bag of something onto the boat. He was going into the carriage house when he saw him. He took a couple of black garbage bags out of the trunk of the new Volvo and crried them down to the boat house. Heard him start the boat and pull out into the bay. -
Bruce saw plastic bags on ground
After Bruce saw the car leave, at 8:15 he went into the kitchen. Thought Ms. D was still home. He saw a box of large plastic bags opened and on the kitchen floor. The bags did not make sense because Ms. D would never have allowed that. That night, at approx 6 pm, after he and Epps had returned from the airport, he saw Epps put the bags in the trunk -

Witwer states that he came by the house at 11:15 per Geenas instructions, he saw a taxi cab pulling away. -- believes this to be the 22nd but "this all happened several months ago" -
Epps paid Witwer
Epps wrote Witwer a check for 25,300. This was for his bill of 23,000 plus a 10percent bonus. "You do a good job. We'll keep on using you. -- I am sure Geena would approve" -

Fran states she left for Italy
She was going for 2 months. Stated she called the hoiuse twice while she was in Italy. First time was about 2 weeks after she got there, she talked to Epps. Epps stated that Geena had called and had told him not to worry, she was OK. That she was gonig to come back. Second time was a week or two before her return. This is when she found out about the note. -
