    On July 8, 2003 the world was granted a great gift, coming in at 7 lbs 14 ounces, the world immediately became a much better place.

    Triebold is Dumb and Breaks His Arm
    At the time Blake is very dumb and he is messing around with his friends at Tae Kwon Doe. Blake went to jump over a kicking bag, and ended up failing on his wrist. Blake ended up breaking his left wrist. He would have to work very hard to get rehabbed enough where he could take part in his Black Belt Testing.

    Starting in 1st grade Blake began Tae Kwon Doe for years. Sticking with it he made it all the way up to where he could test for a black belt. He passes the test and goes on to receive his black-belt.

    Triebold and Thomsen Win State Vex Tournament
    Valley City High School adopted the format of Vex robotics for the first year in 2018, and ended up winning that same year as well. They came into their second tournament ever and ended up getting the first seed, choosing a Grand Forks team, then going on to win the Tournament.

    After winning the North Dakota State Championship, Tanner Thompson, Blake Triebold, Derek Bear, and Ezra Hanse, attended the World Championships in Louisville, KY. Where they didn't do very hot and lost several matches, causing an early exit in the competition .

    After joining golf in 7th grade, Blake ends up taking the number one spot in 9th grade. Although our golf team is not very competitive, it still was a big accomplishment for him.
  • Triebold Gets His Driver's License

    Triebold Gets His Driver's License
    Turning 15 a few days earlier, Blake, ends up passing his test with zero problems. This was easier test than he thought and he was happy to get his driver's license.
  • Triebold Qualifies for State

    Triebold Qualifies for State
    On October 6, 2018, Triebold took 8th place at the EDC tennis tournament. Coming into the tournament as the 5th seed Triebold finishes 8th allowing him to state qualify. Blake was also chosen for the All-EDC team.
  • Blake Gets 5th at State Tennis

    Blake Gets 5th at State Tennis
    Triebold Became the first boys Hi-liner tennis player in 15 years to make All state by getting fifth at the State tournament. Triebold came in as the 8th seed from the west, he lost to the future state champion, then won the rest of his matches earning him 5th place.

    On February 9th, 2019, Ezra, Blake, and Derek, won the State Vex Robotics tournament for the second year in a row. Qualifying this team for the Vex Robotics World Championships in Louisville, KY.
