After the two officers got there, they tried to restrain him. Blane Salamoni began threatening Alton Sterling saying he was going to shoot him, but he ended up shooting him to death. -

They entered her home. She was then shot by Aaron Dean, they found a gun next to her when they found her body. Her nephew said that she was pointing the gun to the window before she was shot. -

Breonna Taylor was killed on 3/13/2020 by Myles Cosgrove, a officer from Louisville Metro Police Department, after other officers raided her home. Myles Cosgrove opened fire in her home, one fatal bullet hitting Taylor after Kenneth Walker, her boyfriend, gave a warning shot to officers, thinking that they were intruders. -

George Floyd was a 46-year old man that died on 5/25/2020 by 4 officers, but the main one that killed him was Derek Chauvin, a white officer. Derek Chauvin killed George Floyd by suffocation, he knelt on his neck and back for 9 mins straight until he passed away. -

Daunte Wright was killed on 4/11/2021 by a officer named Kimberly Potter. Before this all happened, Kimberly Potter was being attempting to arrested him for an outstanding warrant. Kimberly Potter was trying to grab his taser but grabbed his gun instead and shot Daunte Wright once in his chest. -

Tyre Nichols
Tyre Nichols got injured on 1/7/2023 by 5 black officers. He was in his car before he got interrupted by some officers pulling him out of his car. He was then pepper sprayed and tased. He broke free and began running to his mothers home. The officers caught up to him and began beating him. He later got help and transferred to a hospital, but 3 days later, he passed away.
