We have the rights to feel safe in our home and not to fear unreasonable searches and seizures. The only way they can come into your house is if they have a warrant -
Amendment 5
You can't be tried to a serious without a grand jury which decides if there is enough evidence for trial. You cant be killed, put in jail, or fined unless you are guilty for the crime -
Amendment 6
All crimanls has the right to a speedy and fair trial, by a impartial jury in the state of where the crime was comitted -
Amendment 7
We have the right of trial by jury. Which just mean that we have the right to a jury trial -
Amendment 8
This amendment says excessive bail will not be required, excessive fines, and the government cant give u cruel or unusual punishment -
Amendment 9
This amendment states that you can not write a amendment to cancel out another amendment -
Amendment 10
This amendment means that anything the Constitution does not mention can be considered by states as part of their powers if they wish to do so. (couldnt find a better way to word this)
