1st Amendment
Freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom to peaceable assemble, and the freedom to petition the government -
3rd Amendment
No solider can be quatered in any home without the consent of the owner -
2nd Amendment
Gives people the right to bear arms, and says that right shall not be infringed -
4th Amendment
No unreasonable search and seizures -
5th Amendment
Can not be tryed for the same thing twice, can not be a witness against himself, can not be deprived of life, liberty, or property without
due process of law, no private property can be taken for public use without just compensation, No person shall be held to answer for capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces or in the militia when in actual service in time of war or public danger -
6th Amendment 6th Amendment
Right to a speedy and public trail, and impartail jury from state and district where crime was committed, confronted with witness against him, have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, assistance of concel for his defences -
7th Amendment
Right of trail by jury, no fact tried by jury shall otherwise be reexanined in any court of the United States -
8th Amendment
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishment inflicted -
9th Amenment
The enumeration in the constitution , of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people -
10th Amendment
The powers not given to the United States by the constitution nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states by the people
