    Bill Gates dropped out of Havard in Novemeber to help with the devlopement of the Atari 8080. Him and his partner Paul Allen go join MITS to work on the Atari.

    Microsoft was officially trademarked on November 26, 1976

    Gates oversaw Microsoft's company restructuring on June 25, 1981, which re-incorporated the company in Washington state and made Gates President of Microsoft and the Chairman of the Board.
